Telephone Interviewing (CATI)
CATI is a standardized method of telephone interviewing in which the interviewers read the questions to your customers from a computer screen and type the answers directly into the computer as they proceed with the questioning. This allows for the ability to program complex skip patterns for the survey and track specific quota groups.
