When he’s not working as a HomeServe supervisor, Jovon White is busy raising three teenagers and catching up on his favorite show, Baddies Caribbean. Music is a big part of his life, with Mozzy, a rapper from his hometown near Sacramento, being a favorite.
Jovon’s passion at work comes from helping his agents grow—watching their progress and keeping them motivated is what drives him. Known for his laid-back, fun-loving personality, he’s always ready to joke around, but he balances that with a serious dedication to his team.
