Between the face painting, petting zoo, snowcones, local vendors, and more, everyone had an absolute blast. RDI's Run For Your Lives Challenge is Back!
The October Live Well Invasion starts now
With the Summer Showdown behind us, it’s time for a new LiveWell challenge to get your heart racing! Walk or run a total of 20 miles during the month of October, and you’ll earn a FREE LiveWell T-shirt!
Here’s how Run For Your Lives works: You must use a tracking app to log your miles and post your distances on the LiveWell Facebook page to confirm you’ve completed the challenge. We recommend the Strava app, but any app that tracks distance in miles—not steps—will work. Treadmill miles count, too. Just snap a photo of your distance for proof!
The deadline to post is Wednesday, November 1, to claim your free T-shirt. Once you hit 20 miles, share all your images in a single post on the LiveWell Facebook page to secure your victory!
