See what Henderson's Culture Director has to say when he's put On the Spot!
Meet Jon Sprik, Culture Director and L&D Specialist
Jon Sprik has been a pillar of Henderson’s ELLWell team for over 12 years. Today, as the Culture Director, he loves helping agents engage with their work, receive rewards for their performance, and grow into spectacular leaders. A self-proclaimed “people specialist,” Jon’s all about problem-solving and communication.
When Jon’s not working at RDI, you can often find him making gains in the gym, enjoying church services with his family, or shredding on one of his guitars. Jon loves playing homage to guitar legends like Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn, and he even pursued a music degree in college. Some of his favorite TV shows include 3rd Rock From the Sun, The Big Bang Theory, and Schitt’s Creek, though he’s not opposed to a crime thriller or drama now and again. Learn more about Jon’s role and hobbies in the video above!
Let's continue to spread kindness around the company
On Wednesday, November 13, RDI celebrated World Kindness Day by spreading positivity and good vibes across all sites. The day served as a reminder of the importance of fostering a supportive, uplifting work environment where kindness can thrive. Let’s keep the kindness going beyond just one day and continue to spread goodwill every day!
Learn some top face painting techniques from resident artist Tai Smith!
Teach Us Something: Top Tips for Face Painting
Welcome back to another episode of Teach Us Something, a video series in which YOU share your passions and hobbies with the rest of us! We’re thrilled to introduce True Blue agent Tai Smith, a face-painting extraordinaire and today’s Teacher!
Originally an abstract painter and portrait artist, Tai discovered her passion for face painting when her two-year-old daughter expressed interest in painting alongside her. Using child-safe paints, the pair began experimenting with designs on each other, sparking Tai’s desire to turn face painting into a business. She refined her craft by learning the best supplies, perfecting efficient yet stunning designs, and developing a style that matched her artistic vision. Hear more about Tai’s journey in the video above!

See how they made a difference in their local community!
True Blue employees spent some time giving back to the community by volunteering at Matthew 25 Ministries! This past week, the team rolled up their sleeves and helped organize new clothing donations, making a difference in the lives of those in need. It was a rewarding experience, and the team was grateful for the opportunity to serve. If you’re interested in volunteering or want to learn more about future opportunities, reach out to Eric Sherman to get involved!
Donations will be accepted through November 21
RDI’s Thanksgiving Food Drives kick off today, and we’re excited to begin the season of giving! For the next two weeks, several of our sites will be collecting a variety of non-perishable food items and donations to help support our local communities. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference in ensuring families have a warm, plentiful Thanksgiving meal. Want to get involved? Talk to your ELLWell manager about how you can donate or participate and help spread some holiday cheer this season!
The final results are in, and this is how RDI celebrates the season!
After weeks of celebrating RDI’s favorite autumn traditions, the Fall Vibes (This or That) Challenge has officially wrapped up! From cozy fall treats to Halloween thrills, we’ve seen what RDI loves most about the season. To close out the series, we posed the ultimate question: Is The Nightmare Before Christmas a Halloween or Christmas movie? The verdict is in, and with a slight majority, RDI has crowned it a Christmas movie! Watch the recap video below for the final announcement, and thanks to everyone who participated in celebrating fall with us!
