Meet Emily Shroyer, Administrative Assistant
Emily Shroyer joined the True Blue family four years ago and has quickly become a happy and familiar sight at the front desk. As an administrative assistant, Emily greets guests, handles behind-the-scenes work for ELLWell, and keeps everything clean and organized upfront. Known as the “Director of First Impressions,” she’ll give guests their first impression of RDI and gauge how they interact with others.
When Emily’s not working at RDI, you can often find her at home with her girlfriend, fellow RDI member Ashley Snowden, and their numerous pets. Emily enjoys watching seasonal movies, listening to the rock band A Day to Remember, and supporting local businesses near her home in Middletown. She’ll never forget seeing A Day to Remember in concert during their acoustic set back in 2022, and she’s looking forward to more concerts in the future. Henderson and Nogales Give Thanks at Potlucks
Both sites hosted Thanksgiving potlucks right before the holiday
Last week, the Thanksgiving spirit was in full swing at RDI! Nogales hosted a festive potluck, with each program contributing delicious dishes that brought everyone together for a shared feast. Over in Henderson, a fantastic turnout made their potluck equally special, as teammates gathered to celebrate community, gratitude, and plenty of tasty treats. 🦃🍂
Milford and True Blue Bowl for Kids' Sake
Learn how RDI employees supported the Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraiser
Employees from RDI’s Milford and True Blue locations came together to support Big Brothers Big Sisters through the Bowl for Kids’ Sake event. This annual fundraiser combines community spirit with a fun-filled bowling experience to help mentor and empower local youth. Participants rolled strikes, shared laughs, and contributed to a cause that makes a lasting impact on kids in need. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped RDI make a difference!

Get Fit This Winter with LiveWell’s 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!
Stay active this December and join the RDI LiveWell initiative, 12 Days of Fitness! The challenge is simple: complete at least 12 workouts throughout the month to enter a drawing for exciting cash prizes or even a Fitbit. Whether you hit the treadmill, take a brisk walk, or snap a sweaty post-workout selfie, your activity counts! To participate, share proof of your 12 workouts on the RDI LiveWell page with the hashtag #12DaysOfFitness2024. Using the hashtag is essential to ensure your entries are tracked. The more people who join, the bigger the prize pool grows, so rally your coworkers to get involved!
Prizes include:
- Tier 1: Up to $100 or a Fitbit
- Tier 2: If 25+ people join, double the chances to win
- Tier 3: If 50+ people join, triple the drawings!
