The Clock is Ticking on LiveWell’s 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!

There are only 12 days left to participate in RDI’s LiveWell initiative, 12 Days of Fitness! The challenge is simple: complete at least 12 workouts throughout the month to enter a drawing for exciting cash prizes or even a Fitbit. Whether you hit the treadmill, take a brisk walk, or snap a sweaty post-workout selfie, your activity counts! To participate, share proof of your 12 workouts on the RDI LiveWell page with the hashtag #12DaysOfFitness2024. Using the hashtag is essential to ensure your entries are tracked. The more people who join, the bigger the prize pool grows, so rally your coworkers to get involved!

Prizes include:

Tier 1: Up to $100 or a Fitbit
Tier 2: If 25+ people join, double the chances to win
Tier 3: If 50+ people join, triple the drawings!
