Celebrating Mike Spiegel’s 17 Incredible Years at RDI
Here's to a wonderful retirement!
After 17 years of dedication, positivity, and a true “say yes” spirit, Mike Spiegel has officially retired from RDI. Throughout his tenure, Mike supported countless programs, stepped in wherever he was needed, and always brought his trademark smile and can-do attitude. Senior Director Andy McCarthy and coworker Julie Baton praised his commitment, flexibility, and the lasting impact he made on his teams. Mike shared his gratitude as well: “Thanks so much for all your support over the 17 years of working at RDI!” We’ll miss you, Mike—enjoy your well-earned retirement!

Slowburn Sunday Heats Up in Waco
Employees and their families had a blast at this summer event
Waco’s annual Slowburn Sunday was a hit once again! Families came together for a sun-soaked afternoon of food, games, prizes, and nonstop laughs. Lisa’s husband manned the grill, kids battled it out with water guns, and everyone walked away with great memories—and some awesome swag! From movie passes to Six Flags tickets, there was something for everyone. And yes, the kids definitely won the water gun showdown.
