This February, RDI LiveWell invites you to Fall in Love with Fitness! Shake off the winter blues and take on the challenge—complete 14 workouts throughout the month and earn a brand-new RDI LiveWell shirt! Whether it’s a treadmill session, a strength workout, a yoga flow, or even a post-workout selfie, just submit proof of your workouts to the RDI LiveWell page using #FallingForFitness. While regular posts are encouraged, all 14 workouts must be included in one final post to qualify for the reward. Let’s get moving and make fitness a habit this February!
