2022 Holiday Referrals
Part of any new year prep is reflecting on the past year, and boy-oh-boy, did you all kill it on the More the Merrier initiative! (Quick recap: this promo gave bonuses upon bonuses to people who referred new RDI employees before the holiday rush and were STILL employed by December 9th!) Katie Stevenson of Talent Acquisition fame and glory shares a recap of just how many people benefitted from this program!
We grew our RDI family by a whole 51 employees 🎉 and RDI paid out $7,650 to all of those who had referrals that stayed the course!! Are you bummed that you missed out on this opportunity? Don’t be! RDI still has a referral bonus that you can benefit from any day, any time 🤑
WINTERFEST MARKET FAIRE

We are once again highlighting the tireless efforts of Milford Machine’s ELL Well team and their community in their holiday-themed Winterfest market! This faire featured a food and drink spread fit for any king or queen, as well as all the side hustles that RDI employees devote their time and energy to 💪
Many of these creations—including stickers, artwork, keychains, ornaments, treats, jewelry, fiber art, and more!—are positively eye-catching, and we know we’ll be prepping to purchase some of them for this year’s gift-giving seasons!

Milford's Donna Mayo
We all love to celebrate and commemorate the important anniversaries: 1st year at RDI, 5th, 10th, and so on. It’s rare, though, that we get to celebrate someone’s retirement after they have given TWENTY years to our family. But that is precisely what Donna Mayo of the Milford Machine in Ohio gifted us!
