The arena is set for the grandest slap of them all! After endless rounds and over a thousand tortillas flung in jest, we’ve reached the thrilling finale of the Tortilla Slap Challenge. Tara Kearney and Ashton Dickerson are ready to face off in a slap showdown that’s sure to be filled with laughter and suspense. Who will emerge as the champion in this unforgettable clash? Prepare for an evening where the unexpected is the only expectation.
And for anyone keeping track, while James has yet again raised $0 for his “foundations”, we do appreciate his persistence and undying spirit to keep on keeping on. It’s the effort that counts!

Per the sanctuary owners’ request, children are permitted but must be mature, calm, and respectful of their surroundings. This is EXTREMELY important due to the educational residence. There is no running or yelling, and an adult must always accompany children.
Protective eyeglasses and gloves will be provided. We recommend wearing older clothing and shoes.

On May 10 and 11, RDI employees could view the northern lights thanks to a G5 geomagnetic storm. People camped out of their homes with cameras in hand to capture some of the brilliance of the aurora borealis. Check out some of the photos shared by these employees!
