Meet Jill Holley, Talent Acquisition Director
To celebrate Global Talent Acquisition Day on Wednesday, September 4, we put Director Jill Holley On the Spot this week! Jill’s worked for RDI for 11 years, and as the Talent Acquisition Director, she’s responsible for recruiting all employees for RDI in the US sites.
Jill’s a huge horror fan. Though she loves many classic and newer horror films, Se7en is her all-time favorite. She’s already preparing for the upcoming spooky season with new decorations for her house, and her costume is ready — but nobody will know what it is until Halloween. Jill loves having people guess.

Summer’s coming to an end, and Hermosillo Lightning celebrated with their annual pool party! Friends and families of these RDI employees got together to eat, drink, and play at a local pool. Looks like everyone had a blast!
West Team Wins the Summer Showdown 2024!
Congrats to both teams on a fantastic competition!
The results are in, and we finally have our Summer Showdown 2024 Champion! With a resounding 1,135-point lead, the West Team sweeps the East in a triumphant victory!
