Meet Owen Salciccioli, Speech Analyst
By day, Owen Salciccioli listens to, analyzes, and reports on customer calls and the data that goes with them. But when he’s not working for RDI, Owen loves to climb, read fantasy novels, and catch a Reds game. What did we learn by putting Owen On the Spot?
We know that he loves visiting Red River Gorge to climb, that the Reds lose whenever he goes to a game, and that Brandon Sanderson is one of his all-time favorite fantasy novelists. If you watch Lord of the Rings with him, expect to watch the extended editions, and remember that Owen will NEVER turn down an offer for pizza. Watch the video above to get to know Owen even more!

Paying tribute to those affected by the events of 9/11/2001
On Wednesday, we honored those affected by the events of September 11, 2001, by dressing up in red, white, and blue. Now known as Patriot’s Day, 9/11 is an opportunity for us to come together as a community, remember the lives that were lost, and recognize the resilience and unity that emerged in the wake of the tragedy.
