Introducing Donna Ferrell! Donna has been with RDI for just under 11 years and currently works as an agent for the Great Call program out of Latonia.
If you’ve worked with her before, you may already know that her favorite color is purple, and she has a soft spot for chips. What you may not know is that Donna is a Cincinnati native with dreams of traveling to Hawaii – we are right there with you!
Donna loves her work family and believes the key to success is always have a positive attitude. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!

YPN Creates Vision Boards to Achieve Goals
The Young Professionals Network affinity group recently gathered for a Vision Board Craft Night. YPN members crafted individual vision boards to help visualize their goals and aspirations for the upcoming year – you have to see it to believe it!
Members created their goals last month during the Goal Setting & Accountability Workshop. We love seeing young professionals take actionable steps toward their goals, and we know they will absolutely crush it this year!
