Congrats, Bootcamp Grads!
A BIG round of applause for our newest bunch of RDI Bootcamp graduates! These graduates come from various departments throughout RDI, from Operations to Talent Acquisition to Learning & Development and more. They successfully completed this intensive 3-day leadership training in order to take their skills to the next level!
Not only did they learn how to develop their own leadership abilities, but they also discovered ways to empower their teams to succeed.
We’re thrilled to have these graduates on board and can’t wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish here at RDI. So let’s give them another round of applause and wish them all the best as they continue to grow and inspire others!

Celebrate Inclusivity & Diversity at GLSEN Prom
Get ready to party with GLSEN! Andrea Swanson, our Blue Ash Engagement Manager and RDI Pride Ambassador, is here to talk all about the GLSEN prom.
GLSEN is a fantastic organization working towards safe, supportive, and LGBTQ+ inclusive schools. And we’re thrilled to be a proud sponsor of their annual prom, which will be held on April 29!
This year’s prom theme is “Masquerade,” so come dressed to impress and ready to create your own mask. It’s going to be a blast! GLSEN prom is an all-inclusive event that welcomes everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. It’s a chance to celebrate diversity and have fun in a safe environment.

Strut Your Stuff for the March of Dimes
Calling all RDI walkers, marchers, strutters, and stompers! We’re teaming up with the March of Dimes to support the health of babies and families in our community. And we want YOU to join us in making a difference by signing up for the upcoming March for Babies event on April 30!
It will be a blast, so lace up your walking shoes to help raise funds for research, education, and programs that improve the health of children, mothers, and families. Plus, we’ve got our very own team, the RDI Miracle Marchers, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

MEET SPAMMY THE OUTLAW
Our Newest (and Most Mischievous) Team Member!
Without further ado, we are excited to introduce our newest RDI character: Spammy the Outlaw!
This little troublemaker is the brainchild of our talented security and compliance team, who have created a character that perfectly embodies the dangers of online security breaches.
Beware, Spammy is always looking for an opportunity to steal passwords, piggyback through doors, and wreak havoc on unsuspecting victims. But with your help, we can stay one step ahead of him!
We’ve created a fun coloring page of Spammy for you to download and color. So get creative and have fun envisioning this mischievous outlaw in all his colorful glory!
Remember, staying alert and vigilant is vital to protecting yourself from online threats like Spammy!
MILES, MEMORIES, AND MORE
RDI Takes Gold at Mary Miller Memorial 5K
RDI proudly sponsored the 12th Annual Mary Miller Memorial 5K at Miami Meadows Park this past weekend! And let us tell you, the turnout was huge! For those who might be unaware, Mary Miller was a community pillar who led fundraising efforts for the Milford Miami Ministry.
And let us tell you, the turnout was huge! We were thrilled to see so many enthusiastic runners take part in this incredible event. This 5K race not only honors the memory of Mary Miller but also supports our local community by raising funds for the Milford Miami Ministry food pantry.
We want to give a special shout-out to our very own John Wesler for finishing in first place with an impressive time of 18 minutes and 36 seconds! Congratulations, John, you totally rocked it!
Overall, the Mary Miller Memorial 5K was a huge success, and we were thrilled to participate in such a meaningful event. So let’s all take a moment to celebrate our community and remember to live well!
