Trumpets, please! The Dow Jones program has officially launched at our Hermosillo site!
After the successful launches at Milford and Nogales, our Hermosillo team eagerly awaited their moment to shine. Launch day finally arrived, and we knew our agents were feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but as they took those first calls, their confidence soared to new heights.
And you know what? The launch was an absolute success! The team indulged with some delicious Dow Jones cupcakes to celebrate – because success deserves to be savored 🧁
Congratulations, Hermosillo! We can’t wait to see you continue to thrive in this exciting partnership with Dow Jones!

Celebrating Love and Acceptance
RDI painted the town rainbow and hit the streets at the Cincinnati Pride Parade last month 🌈💖
Our fabulous team was decked out in their brightest colors, celebrating love, acceptance, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Glitter, glam, and infectious smiles graced spectators’ faces as we proudly marched together. The cheers, the music, and the energy were unforgettable!
RDI proudly supports spreading the message of love without limits, and we are grateful to have been part of this incredible celebration. We will continue to promote love, equality, and acceptance with every step we take!
TORTILLA SHOWDOWN: JAMES VS JOSH
Who Will Take The Crown?
It looks like we’re going to need more tortillas! It’s time for the much-anticipated Tortilla Challenge match featuring our two previous winners: James Walsh and Josh Viel! Both competitors came prepared with their A-game and a healthy dose of smack talk to boot!
As the tension built, we all knew we were in for a treat. James and Josh were both determined to claim this match for themselves. With tortillas at the ready and mouths full of water, the stage was set for the showdown.
The tortillas flew through the air, and the smacks echoed like thunder. While neither of them spat out a drop of water, it’s clear that one of them had the upper hand in this fiery face-off… But don’t take our word for it – watch the video and decide for yourself!
