Nogales Nation Celebrates Independence Day
Nogales celebrated Mexican Independence Day in style! 🇲🇽 This holiday commemorates the “cry of independence” on September 16, 1810, which began a revolutionary uprising against Spanish rule. The celebration starts each year with El Grito de Dolores (Cry of Dolores), in which people all over Mexico shout “¡Viva Mexico!” on the night of September 15.
Last Friday, Nogales Nation went all out! The atmosphere was electric as people wore their finest traditional clothing, participated in fun games, and enjoyed delicious tacos and flautas. The celebration was also a visual delight, with a 360-degree photo booth capturing the spirit of the day through stunning photos and videos.
We’re grateful to have celebrated Mexican Independence Day with our fantastic team, and we can’t wait for more opportunities to come together and honor traditions like these.

Say hello to Mason Glass 👋 If you haven’t already had the pleasure of meeting Mason, now is your chance!
Mason began his career with RDI as a trainer, then transitioned to work with TAS, and now he has recently returned to the Learning & Development team! Known for his warm and goofy personality, it should come as no surprise that he is a BIG slap-stick comedy fan! But it’s not just movies that he’s into – he also loves music and has some killer recommendations 🎶
We don’t want to give away all of Mason’s secrets, like his favorite color (trust me, he’s got thoughts on this), so be sure to watch the full video!

Milford's Labor Day Cookout
Milford celebrated Labor Day in the best way possible: a cookout!
There is no better way to bid adieu to summer than with a spread of burgers, hotdogs, and milkshakes 🍔🌭🥤It was a true feast and perfect opportunity to bring our fantastic team together for some quality bonding.
Despite the warmer weather, our dedicated grill masters held their ground, flipping burgers and hotdogs with style (seriously, where can we get one of those aprons?) As we chowed down on these summer classics, there were plenty of laughs, and some of us added a new word to our vocabulary. For those unfamiliar with the term, a “glizzy” is simply another way to say hotdog – you learn something new every day!
A big thanks to all who braved the heat to celebrate Labor Day with the Milford team, and we hope everyone had a restful holiday weekend!
