Katie, one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists at RDI Milford, spotlights RDI’s current referral bonus program: The More the Merrier! You may have seen our banner advertising this in previous issues of The Winning Times, but this week Katie was kind enough to take time from her schedule to walk us through it step by step.

You can receive an extra $150 on your paycheck if you refer someone, if they get hired before November 18th, AND if they’re still with RDI by December 9th! Important: that is $150 PER PERSON, with no limit to how many referral bonuses you can receive! Join your coworkers in the opportunity to gain a little extra for this upcoming holiday season!

$1000 Prize!

Join a wildly vibrant Chris Griffin–our Director of Leadership Development or, as he seems to prefer, the “Mustache Man from Candyland”–as he reintroduces one of RDI’s internal initiatives: ThinkWell. If you have ideas for how RDI could grow and evolve, or if you have thoughts on how to streamline some of our processes, please RAISE YOUR HAND and share them with us! If we implement your suggestion, we’re happy to reward you!

Submitting is easy AND accessible through Core. Chris walks us through these steps in the video, and we hear about a prior ThinkWell submission that got Christopher Marshall a reward of, you guessed it, cold hard cash! This year, our best ThinkWell proposal will win $1000!! Share your best ideas; we can’t wait to read them.
